The Moldy Peach - Rot, Pulp, and Mold
The Moldy Peach isn't your average overdrive or fuzz. It's a pedal that starts with familiar flavors of grit and drive, then lets you push things into full-blown rot. At lower settings, it's smooth and chewy, adding warmth and texture. Push it harder, and it breaks down into jagged fuzz that feels alive, unstable, and ready to collapse in the best way.
The controls are as playful as they are powerful:
- Rot shapes the gain from mild decay to gnarly disintegration.
- Pulp adjusts the tone, from thick and syrupy lows to sharp, cutting highs.
- Mold shifts the low frequency character from overdrive sweetness into fuzzed-out chaos.
The result is a drive pedal that refuses to sit still. It can be tight and defined, or it can slather your signal in fuzzy grime until it's barely recognizable. Like fruit left out in the sun, it gets weirder and more interesting the longer you let it go.
